These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of chan-fades.com and the booking services provided by Chan Fades ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
All appointments are booked through our online booking system at chan-fades.com. By completing a booking, you confirm that the information you provided is accurate and that you intend to keep the appointment.
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule:
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to barber unavailability. In such cases, you will be notified as early as possible.
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice may be restricted from future online bookings. Please respect the barber's time — no-shows prevent other clients from booking that slot.
Prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on the complexity of the service requested. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of your appointment. All prices are in USD.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our booking form, you agree to receive automated text messages from Chan Fades for appointment-related communications.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to receive text messages to use our services or book an appointment. However, opting out of texts means you will not receive automated reminders.
Message frequency: Typically 2–3 messages per booked appointment.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply to all messages received.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a final confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

We do not send promotional or marketing text messages. All messages are strictly related to your appointments.

Our client portal allows you to view your appointment history and profile. Your portal data is stored locally in your browser and is not synced across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Chan+ and Chan Premium memberships are managed through Whop. Membership terms, billing, and cancellation are governed by Whop's terms of service. By purchasing a membership, you agree to those terms in addition to these Terms.
All content on chan-fades.com, including text, images, and design, is the property of Chan Fades and may not be reproduced without express written permission.
Chan Fades provides barbering services "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific appointment in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Doña Ana County, New Mexico.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
