Your appointment history and client profile are stored locally in your browser's storage (localStorage) on your device. This data is not transmitted to external servers beyond what is necessary for appointment scheduling and notifications. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.
We retain appointment information in Google Calendar for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with applicable laws. SMS opt-out preferences are honored immediately upon receipt of a STOP message.
