These SMS Terms describe how Chan Fades (Axan Sanchez, sole proprietor, Las Cruces, New Mexico) uses text messaging to communicate with clients who have booked appointments through chan-fades.com.

How You Opt In

You opt in to receive text messages from Chan Fades by completing the online booking form at chan-fades.com/booking.html and explicitly checking the SMS consent checkbox before submitting your booking. The consent checkbox is mandatory — you will not be able to submit the form without it. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Program Description

Chan Fades sends automated appointment-related SMS/MMS text messages to clients who have explicitly opted in via the booking form. All messages are transactional — directly related to confirmed appointments. We do not send promotional, marketing, or subscription-based text messages.

The program sends the following message types:

Booking confirmation — sent immediately after a client successfully books an appointment online
Evening reminder — sent the evening before the appointment (between 6–7 PM Mountain Time)
Same-day reminder — sent approximately 2 hours before the appointment
Verification code (OTP) — sent when a client requests a login code for the client portal

Message Frequency

Clients typically receive 2–3 messages per booked appointment: one confirmation and up to two reminders. Clients who use the client portal password-reset feature may additionally receive a one-time verification code per login request.

Opt-Out (STOP) & Help (HELP)

To stop receiving text messages: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Mobile Number Privacy

Messages are sent from a dedicated Twilio phone number registered to Chan Fades. All messages identify the sender as Chan Fades at the beginning of each message.
